The serpent holds a deeply complex place throughout humanity and our collective consciousness. It is reverenced by some as a spiritual symbol of growth, fertility, renewal, healing, rebirth, and transformation, and to others the serpents represents fear of danger, destruction, and death. Because this the collective has placed duality on the serpent and this creature has intrinsically woven a thread of its lasting legacy in our psyche.

We can see our perception of the binary represented by the serpent, with fear and hope, that mirrors the complexities within our own psyche. By delving into the essence and purpose of the serpent, we unravel the knots of our fears and the dichotomies we impose on our own identity and lifeforce. To confront the fear of the serpent is to confront the shadows we repress within ourselves.

The meaning behind the name Two Serpents holds a special place in my heart. I serve as a vessel to carry and respect the essence of the serpent and bring its teachings and wisdom to the light for greater understanding within my readings. I do not impose shadow integration in my sessions, I instead compassionately honor it’s presence when it shows up in my readings. This serves in the purpose to create a space of ease and comfort for those receiving readings.
